LT Lead (Work Package): NIMR, Co-Leaders: TGHN - Vito Baraka
Goals:
- Select and organize training of trainers, workshops on genomics and laboratory skills.
- Organize training on bioinformatics, data interpretation and support ICT infrastructures.
- Support postgraduate training (MSc Bioinformatics) for selected candidates.
- Organize workshops, short courses and online seminars on environmental monitoring (IGP and TGHN platform).
- Summary
LT6, led by NIMR, will support training to improve skills transfer and genomics competencies, laboratory skills for genomics work, bioinformatics and genomic epidemiology and its integration. It will also enable two people to pursue a master's degree in bioinformatics.
